1. Full registration fees include access to the Conference Proceedings, attendance of all technical sessions and oral presentations, Coffee-breaks and Lunches during the three days, and access to the Social Program (07 sep 2027 Welcome Reception, 08 sep 2027 Cocktail Dinner and Entertainment, 09 sep 2027 – Gala Dinner).

2. Student registration fees include access to the Conference Proceedings, attendance of all technical sessions and oral presentations, Coffee-breaks and Lunches during the three days. Institutional certification is required for Students. Please note that the Social Program is not included

3. One-day registration fees include access to the Conference Proceedings, attendance at all technical sessions and oral presentations for the selected day, and the scheduled coffee breaks and lunch. Please note that the Social Program is not included

4. Accompanying Person fees or Social Program include: 07 sep 2027 Welcome Reception, 08 sep 2027 Cocktail Dinner and Entertainment, 09 sep 2027 – Gala Dinner.

IMPORTANT: The inclusion of accepted papers in the Conference Proceedings requires that the payment of the registration fee is made not later than 15 April 2027.
